Mark the angle or intersection point of the stitching lines with a piece of chalk or soap.

Start sewing and stop at the point you marked with the chalk, matching the end of the stitch with the corner.

Step 3.

Hold the needle in the fabric in the lowest position, lift the presser foot and turn the fabric using the needle as a pivot.

Reposition the piece so that you place the edge of the fabric parallel to the needle plate mark.

To continue the seam, lower the presser foot and continue sewing until the seam is finished.
